What is this wine?
Radikon is one of the pioneering names in Friuli-Venezia Giulia for skin-contact, natural-style wines. The family estate, based in Oslavia, is now run by Saa Radikon, continuing the groundbreaking work of his father, Stanko. Oslavje is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on the skins for several weeks and aged in large oak casks before bottling, without fining or filtration. The 1-liter format is a Radikon signature, intended for sharing.
