Tasting notes

Nose:Cool, relaxed and refined. Mild spiciness, and lots of sweet vanilla, caramel and toasted oak.

Palate:Full bodied and then some. Very peppery and big up front. Toasted oak and spicy fudge.

Finish:Medium long finish. More pepper, more fudge and now also creamy vanilla and almond paste. Some oaky astringency, but pleasantly so.
