Laurent Bnard is a grower-producer based in Mareuil-sur-A in the Valle de la Marne, farming organically and biodynamically on the familys estate vineyards. La Cl des 7 Arpents comes from a single parcel named Les 7 Arpents, planted to Meunier on clay-limestone soils. The wine is made with natural fermentations, minimal dosage, and long lees aging, bottled as an Extra Brut to highlight purity and terroir expression. R21 refers to the base vintage of 2021.
