Our Kaldera Assyrtiko is producedfrom 60+ year old vines grown under strenuous conditions of high heat andvolcanic soils, creating a wine full of minerality, vibrant acidity, length and uniquetexture. Kaldera can be enjoyed on its own or paired with seafood, shellfish, orwhite meat.
