A pioneering American Single Malt Whiskey, utilizing dark specialty malts and introducing them into standard malt mash. At the sacrifice of high yields, intentionally overpowering flavors such as over-ripe green apple, cacao, and chocolate dazzle the palate. Delightfully finishing with subtle essences of seaweed and sea salt. Up to ten years in a combination of new American oak and used bourbon casks has developed a singular and satisfying whiskey experience.
