Family owned Bidoli makes some of the top values coming out of Friuli these days. Don’t be turned off by their simple labels. What is in the bottle drinks well above it’s price point. We buy juice, not labels!
Their Sauvignon Blanc is a more refined and elegant style, calling to mind Sancerre and other Loire Valley versions of the grape. Perfect for those who aren’t too keen on the fiercely citrus-y style of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, this offers up wonderful notes of ripe citrus, pear, green apple, and herb.
