Taste: DRY, FULL-BODIED, WELL BALANCED AND VELVETY.
Alcohol: 14%.
Maturing: in big barrel for 40 months(2+ years) / in bottle for 6 months

Food-Wine Coupling: best for steaks and games. Perfect also for spicy Asian food.Serving temperature: 18C in stem glassed for full-body red wines. Open the bottle at least two hours before serving.
