Ros developed in part through the free-run juice of the grapes in the cellar and in part through the special maceration and later pressing. The must is clarified before fermentation. Entire production process at very low temperatures.
TASTING NOTES:
A bright raspberry-colored ros with cherry, candied-apple, watermelon and red-plum aromas. Its medium-to full-bodied with a creamy texture. Fruity and flavorful. Dry. Tempranillo and garnacha. Drink now.
